Since it is mid-July and the heat is steamy and humid, I think it’s a good time to talk about acne prevention and treatment! In this humidity anyone can have oily overload. Last week I did and I used my typical acne routine. I cleansed, used Blemish Control Toner Formula 3, Night Solution, and moisturizer. So, the focus is acne treatment and oil control products. Tonight at my meeting we had a really great discussion about what’s bothering us in our businesses and how to work through those obstacles. To start off, we were asked to make a “Bug List.” This was to be a list of anything bugging us about our business or the business in general. Topics ranged from talking to new people to MK’s “dress code.” The biggest obstacle mentioned by everyone was that big F word: FEAR.

With the arrival of Targeted Action Eye Revitalizer, I’ve decided to revisit the Know Your Product Series. I have been using the Eye Revitalizer since Friday night when mine arrived. 
I love it. It feels great — nice and cooling. I will continue in the body of this posting:

Masks
The primary function of a mask is to exfoliate the skin. Masks are part of the Classic Basic Skin Care line. This does not mean, however, that they cannot be paired with Time Wise. I use the Revitalizing Mask one in awhile to get a fresh feeling for my skin. I want to give the Clarifying Mask a shot one of these days as well.

It is essential to moisturize after cleansing. When you wash your face, the water evaporates which causes dryness to the skin. By following up with moisturizer, the moisture of the water is locked into the skin. In addition to the face, moisturizer should be applied to the throat and chest area to prevent aging of these areas. The director who gave me this training says, “Skin care to the bra-line; color cosmetics to the jawline.” So now here we go! Jumping right in with Moisture.
