Easter Lambs

No sooner had I written my last post and started dinner than I heard my husband exclaim, “oh my God! There’s a lamb out there!” Now, I don’t write much about my personal life on this particular blog, but this is worth sharing. Last June, my husband thought it was a great idea to come home with two lambs. Did I know he was buying them? Uh…NO. So, you can imagine my surprise when he vanished for an hour one Friday night to return with not one, but two lambs! Ever since, we have had two sheep living in our back yard. Don’t worry. They have plenty of room and are fenced in well. They’re pretty happy and to my delight, sheep are low maintenance.
Anyway, we’ve been wondering all winter if there would be lambs this spring. Hubby had started to lose hope. He decided that they hadn’t mated. Then, the past couple of days there were some subtle behavior changes in the ewe and today Hubby was again pondering the idea that she might be pregnant. Wouldn’t you know, just as we were discussing it, she gave birth! So, we have two little ewes now. They are cute as a button and I am still kind of shock and awe. And just in time for Easter.

Hey Shades if I remember correctly you put Garnier Fructis on your hair right? Is it still working for you? Its summer and I got lazy and I stopped using it and now I think I have to go back to it again do you use the conditioner and the shampoo because I think you told me it made your hair grow.
Hi Colleen! I did use Garnier Fructis Length and Strength when I was growing my hair out for my wedding and it worked well. I tend to change my hair products from time to time to avoid build up. Since going completely blonde I’ve been using John Frieda’s Sheer Blonde line and I love it! But yes, Fructis Lenght and Strength works nicely for growing your hair out.
