I’m happy to give you my second installment of “Tempt My Tummy!” This recipe is a big hit and it’s easy to make. I even took it to work for a lunch party one time. Everyone loved it! If you would like to see more recipes or participate yourself with your own blog, go visit Blessed with Grace!
Chicken Lickin’ Pork Chops (in the crock-pot)
Ingredients:
6 boneless pork chops
2 10 3/4 oz cans chicken with rice soup (I use 3 cans for 6 chops. It came out a little better. 2 cans work great for 4 chops)
2 T oil (I use extra virgin olive oil)
1 c all-purpose flour
1 tsp dry mustard
Salt & Pepper to taste
Combine flour, dry mustard, salt & pepper in ziploc bag; shake to mix. Add pork chops to bag and shake to coat. Heat oil in large skillet; add pork chops, browning on both sides. Pour soup into a slow cooker; add pork chops. Cook on low for 8-10 hours (I do closer to 10 for pork).

Stumble It!

Oooh, I love crockpot recipes! I read a crockpot blog, and I have gotten the BEST recipes from it. I actually made this fabulous gourmet meatloaf tonight from the crockpot lady’s site. All that to say thanks, Shades, for giving me another new crockpot recipe to try out!
