Fight the Frump: Sunless Tanning Lotion

It’s been a long time since I’ve participated in Fight the Frump with Fussypants. I’m back; for now, anyway. I had to think about what I wanted to write about for avoiding frumpiness and since it is turning cold out and winter is fast approaching — I mean we had snow today — the sun is going away. Some of you might have a nice tan from being out in the sun’s rays. I’m not so fortunate. I’m always pale. Sometimes I’m a darker shade of pale, but pale nonetheless.
To keep a somewhat healthy glow during the winter months I thought about going tanning, but that can be so damaging to the skin. Sunless tanning lotions are my preferred method, if I could find on that looks natural. I’ve used sunless tanners in the past and most turned me orange, smelled kind of bad, and ruined my clothes. Then I discovered Subtle Tanning Lotion.
After using this product for just over a week and I am loving the results! The information on the package says you will see results after using the lotion daily for one week. My ultra paleness brought nearly immediate results. I could see a difference after the first application. I’m sure results will vary for everyone.
This product outshines other sunless tanners because it smells fabulous! The fragrance is that of coconuts. It’s a very tropical scent. I think it smells like vacation. Hubby likes it, too! Another plus is that because it is subtle, the tanning agent is not as potent as in other products; therefore, no more waiting around for 30 minutes before getting dressed! Once the lotion absorbs, you can put some pants on! LOL No worries of marking up clothes. This product also doesn’t streak and looks quite natural. Now I can look less ghastly ghostly this winter.
