This information was on InTouch the other day. Since our inventory arrives via UPS this is very good info to have. Because everyone who visits isn’t a consultant, I’m sharing it publicly because anyone who receives orders via UPS needs this information:

Attention Virus Warning
We have been notified that there is a fraudulent e-mail being sent that says it is coming from UPS and leads the recipient to believe that a UPS shipment could not be delivered. The recipient is advised to open an attachment reportedly containing a waybill for the shipment to be picked up.
This e-mail attachment contains a virus. We recommend that you do not open the attachment, but delete the e-mail immediately.
UPS may send official notification messages on occasion, but they rarely include attachments. If you receive a notification message that includes an attachment and are in doubt about its authenticity, please contact customerservice@ups.com.

The DHL hoax is much more fun - DHL HOAX
That’s pretty funny. :lol”
Thanks for the heads up. ; ) I don’t open attatchments anymore. Unless I know the person. Last thing I need is to lose my computer. ; ) Hey, I’m your recruit!
Here’s a tip - if you have sensitive or important business data then always back it up onto a dvd, flash drive or external hard drive that doesn’t remain attached to your computer.
That way, if the worst happens you should have an uninfected backup available.
Great tip! Thanks, Scam!
