That would explain why I was experiencing dry skin on mine. That's an area of my skin that could use some oil. It has lost some over the years! Thanks! The eye primer dries my skin on the eye lid. It is odd. I can't use it daily. I have combination skin. I found for me, that the eyesicles comes off as fast as I put it on (or congregates in the crease~~ I have oily skin); so I use the Eye Primer EVERY day~~~ It is also wonderful under the Mineral Eye Colors. I have some unit members who were having problems with the minerals.... Once I suggested the Eye Primer~~ no more problems :D Great ideas Shades! When I had to do stage makeup I used foundation on my eyelids and lips to keep makeup on under the lights. I took a lot of my stage tricks home with me. I don't put foundation on my lips for everyday, though. It's not necessary. I used to use a creamy eye color from Clinique as a base before I started using Mary Kay.
