Power Partners

More and more I am finding it so important to have power partners. I have a few. Some are online power partners while others are people I see in the three dimensional world. :) Both are so important! It is always good to have people build you up when you are feeling weak. This is also why our weekly meetings are so important. The unit should be just that: a unit of support! Going to my meeting lifts me up after a hard day at the office. If something at home is more pressing, I don’t go; but I do try to go every week.

Anyway, I digress. This weekend I met with my newest three-dimensional power partner. ;) She and I joined MK around the same time. She has built her business a lot stronger than I have built mine. Granted, she is probably a bigger help to me than I am to her, but it is always good to have someone to be accountable to. I went to her house on Sunday and checked out her MK set up. It’s so nice! My house doesn’t have quite the space hers does — she has some extra rooms and a basement. Seeing her set up gave me some ideas I can put to use here. She is also extremely organized and can help me in that area as well.

The fun part is yet to come! She and I are going to have a table at an upcoming local car show! It’s about two weeks away. I’m glad for this. I need to get some new names. My bride show names are not bringing the results I want (mainly because I waited so long to follow up). I have also invited her to do my table event next month. I didn’t coordinate that one so hopefully there is still room!

Having others to work with makes the business fun and keeps us accountable!

It’d be fun if she’d let you post some pictures. I’m a visual girl. ;)

Yes, I thought about that, but didn’t take pictures. I felt kinda weird about it. :P Half of her basement is set up for skin care classes. She has 2 round card tables set up with table cloths and books, trays, and displays. Then she has a third round table in the corner with product displayed. She also has a display on the bar. It looks nice. Very professional. Makes me wish even more that I had a basement.
