June Changes to the Color Line!

This is available to all consultants on InTouch, but I wanted to share the upcoming changes to the color line. Here is a list of what will be going away for good and what will be back in June reformulated. It also says what new shades will be best to replace the discontinued ones:
MK Signature® Eye & Cheek Color
Due to exciting changes in our color line this Spring and Summer, you’ll want to keep in mind the following phase-out and discontinued information for upcoming Consultant order forms. This new mineral-based formula in a new rectangular pan shape is designed to perfectly fit into the new Mary Kay® Compact. Remember to check this site often for the latest information.
- Bamboo
- Available while supplies last. This shade has moved to the Discontinued Products section of the Consultant order form. If your customer loved Bamboo, she may want to try the new Silky Caramel shade available on the 6/16 Consultant order form.
- Blue Moon
- Available while supplies last. This shade has moved to the Discontinued Products section of the Consultant order form. If your customer loved Blue Moon, she may want to try the new Blue Metal and Denim Frost available on the 6/16 Consultant order form.
- Cinnabar
- Available while supplies last. This shade has moved to the Discontinued Products section of the Consultant order form. If your customer loves Cinnabar, she’ll be pleased to know it will soon be in the new mineral-based formula, available on the 6/16 Consultant order form.
- Copper Beach

- Cotton Candy

- Cranberry Ice

The great thing is that with the samples of the new shades we are still able to “peel off the back” and stick one to two samples to the back of our business cards to hand out to prospective customers!!!

So there are no longer dual colors of eyeshadow like Java? We need to buy two pans of the new mineral shadows to replace one of the old?

I used to spend time punching lip shapes out of my business cards and stapling a color sample to the back so that the color showed through to the front of the card….until I discovered that we are able to peel off the back of all of the eye and blush samples …and stick them to our business cards, to an order receipt, to a face card…to anything! I include a card with two to three of the NEW eye samples and a NEW cheek sample in each of my customers orders. I also pop some Hershey’s chunk candies in each order on which I’ve placed my own label with a pic of the NEW compact and my contact info.
Once they try the new colors….they want them. So far I’ve found that the most popular colors are Sweet Cream and Granite.
I can’t wait until June when the others come out!
