		<description>Agreed. It is very similar to the training we had in meeting last night. We always talk about goals in January and July. January because it's the beginning of the year (duh!) and July because it's the beginning of the MK Year. :) I'm going to post a bit later on the goal setting info we talked about last night. I found it to be inspiring.</description>
