With the new year upon us, I just want to wish each and every one of you a happy and prosperous new year in 2008! I am working on my goals. My big goal is to be DIQ by March. I want to be a free driving director by June 30! I want to go to Seminar this year. I told my director Seminar is like the Olympics with me — I’ll go every 4 years!
I went in 2004 and to be honest, I wasn’t real impressed. I decided it might be more enjoyable if I had accomplished something huge like car qualification and/or directorship.
I’ve started my work for January. No bookings yet, but I do have to call my PCP customers this coming week. I will get some bookings then. I’m also planning to run a sale promotion on the current color and offer more of a discount to hostesses. I’ll let you know how that goes, too.
Finally, I have a big bridal show coming up this Sunday! I’ve never done a bridal show before. The woman who invited me said she typically sell between $3000 and $4000 as a result of this show! She holds classes from the leads. I am so excited. If I call everyone, I’m sure to have some great results–maybe not as much as she gets, but if I even sell half of that I’ll be very happy! Again, I’ll post my experiences here.
Happy 2008, Everybody!!
What are your goals?

Happy New Years!! I’ve tagged you for a Non-New Years Resolution meme…
Tagged yet again, huh? You and your meme’s!
Hope you’re celebrating tonight. My hubby’s sleeping. He has to work in the morning.
Ok I have to let you all know Im going to drive a car or be a director or something….LOL I dont think Id be a happy director if I wasnt making more than 4000 a month though!
Way to go, Colleen! You can do it! I have to agree with you–I’d expect at least $4000/mo as a director, too!
Happy New Year everyone! SHADES!!! I completely overlooked your question on my new little blog. So Sorry! I just got caught up in telling my story about the tickets. It’s the Houston Ballet. Awesome about your dancing. All my girls dance, but they each favor one type of dance over another.
Colleen, congrats on your decision! I’m so happy for you, and I want to share that I think that we grow into abundance as we grow into the position. Just today I was reading some great information about what the Lord wants for us where work and abundance are concerned. I will have to get that posted in the next few days.
Thanks, for your ballet story, Pink Biz! A friend of mine used to dance in the Houston Ballet!
To: shades and everyone….I love these positive blogs, they make me feel better. I wish all of you the best selling year ever.
Happy New Year!!!
Happy 2008, Jeni! Thanks for stopping by.
