Goals are in Stone; Deadlines are in Sand …

Realistically speaking, I think I have to rethink my DIQ agenda. I stated I want to submit DIQ in December. Given my lack of bookings coming through for November, I don’t know if that’s realistic. I’m still charging for it full speed ahead, however, I’m making plans to what to do next if I don’t meet it. I have 2 bookings for November. I’m not sure I’ll even get the 30 faces, but I’m surely going to try! I’m going to work right through the holiday season and see where I wind up. Perhaps I’ll be submitting in January. My definitive goal is to debut as a director by Career Conference. If I keep my current momentum, I can see that happening for real!
I believe in the adage “goals are written in stone; deadlines are written in sand.” Is this giving up? Certainly not! It’s simply planning ahead and making room for the success! My goal is my goal no matter what. When that goal comes to fruition may change. All I can do is work at it as hard as I can and keep building results. I’ll get it done! Maybe not as early as planned, but it will happen!

Stumble It!

The goal doesn’t change. Just the date. Keep booking. You’ll do it. You don’t have a choice! Just think of it that way. Good luck. Hear that? That’s me cheering you on.
Just think of these are “pre-DIQ” months as you adjust to the activity level needed to get you through DIQ and into a successful unit.
I was a January DIQ.
Great time to get started!
Thanks, ladies! Myst–that’s encouraging! I think my director was either a December or January DIQ as well. There is hope for me! lol
