Fall/Holiday Hostess Gift Ordering Criteria Is Different

I think this is great news! Too bad I forgot to do my PCP list like a dummy. I’m going to call the company and see what I can do. I have never missed a quarter!

The Fall/Holiday 2007 Holiday Wishes Purse Set hostess gift is extra special, as 100 percent of the proceeds will benefit the Mary Kay Ash Charitable Foundation. To be sure that as many independent sales force members as possible can share this distinctive item, for this quarter, we will change how this hostess gift can be purchased. We also will continue to evaluate other ordering criteria options throughout the remainder of the year.

Please note the following Hostess Gift ordering criteria effective for the Fall/Holiday 2007 promotion:

• Early Ordering offers: Independent National Sales Directors and Independent Sales Directors, along with Independent Beauty Consultants who enrolled in the Fall/Holiday 2007 Preferred Customer Program mailing of The Look, can order a maximum of five Holiday Wishes Purse Sets during the Early Ordering period Aug. 26 - Sept. 15, 2007.
• Sept. 16 Consultant order form: All independent sales force members can order a maximum of five Holiday Wishes Purse Sets during the entire Fall/Holiday promotion (Sept. 16 – Dec. 15, 2007). Independent sales force members who qualify for Early Ordering offers may order up to five additional Purse Sets during the promotion, for a total maximum of 10 Purse Sets.
• Additional orders will not be accepted once the maximum of five (or 10 for National Sales Directors, Sales Directors and Fall/Holiday Preferred Customer Program participants) Holiday Wishes Purse Sets has been ordered.
• There is no minimum wholesale Section 1 ordering requirement during this timeframe.
• Please note, this new hostess gift ordering criteria is not reflected on the Fall/Holiday 2007 early ordering form and the Sept. 16 Consultant order form, so you’ll want to keep this in mind when ordering the Holiday Wishes Purse Sets. We apologize for any confusion this causes you.

In November, we will re-evaluate the program criteria and update you on any changes that may be implemented during the remainder of the quarter. As a reminder, the Hostess Gift is just one of the many options you have to offer your hostesses to thank them for their efforts, including hostess product reward offerings or the Hostess Magnifying Mirror.
